What is the difference between “individualized remote coaching” & personal training?

Personal Training can be in person or virtual. Either format is a one-on-one 60 minute coaching session. Remote Coaching is an individualized program to be completed on your own with weekly communication with your P.A.C. coach through TrueCoach and text message.

What equipment do I need?

Many clients rely primarily on bodyweight so no equipment is needed however, dumbbells and a pull-up bar are the most recommended.

How do I access my workouts?

Your personalized training plan can be accessed at anytime via TrueCoach.

What is the cancellation policy?

Remote Coaching: You can cancel your subscription at anytime by visiting My Account or by emailing info@peoplesathleticclub.com. Please note, refunds are not granted for partial months.

Personal Training: Any cancellation that is made 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
